PHECC is seeking expressions of interest for a Blended Learning consultant to create the technical specifications for a tender to deliver a Blended Learning platform, to host new CFR training products, video, and learner education.

Essential Criteria and Skills

The following qualifications and experience are required for the role.

The person/people must:

1. Have extensive knowledge of Blended Learning Education Delivery
2. Have built/administered Blended Learning Platforms/Packages to provide cost efficient learning solutions.
3. Have experience writing the technical specifications for development / selection of interactive Blended Learning platforms based on client requirements.
